Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process your order. It’s as simple as that. Payment

You may order and pay for goods by credit or debit which are processed via Paypal. It is free for you to send payment with both of these services and your card details are never passed on to us.

Should you prefer to order over the telephone rather than ordering online please call us on 01202 699594 to place your order.

All our products are handmade to order upon receipt of cleared payment.

Postage and Packaging

For ease of use we have a flat rate of £5.95 per order. Our products are well packaged with plenty of padding to ensure they arrive with you safely via Royal Mail’s First Class or Standard Parcel Post services depending upon weight (the bears are very heavy!).

European or International customers are welcome to order but will need to email for a shipping quote prior to ordering.

*Should an item be excluded from this pricing structure due to it having a substantial weight for postage, the item listing will clearly state this and the differential posting cost will be stated.

**Please note we obtain proof of posting for all our goods posted via Royal Mail. This proof of posting guarantees an insurance value per package of £28 for loss or damage.

Refund and Returns Policy

If you place an order and wish to cancel, this can be done within 24 hours of placing your order. Please use our `Contact Us` page for our email addresses and telephone number. The refund will be made via the same way as the payment so if payment was made using a credit or debit card, the payment will be refunded through that same card.

As the majority of our items are hand made to order, and we are available to answer any queries regarding our products in advance of an order being placed; refunds are not applicable simply because a customer has changed their mind about the product.

However, in the event of a hand made product being supplied which is not in fulfillment of the original order, a full refund will be made.

Delivery

If you are unlikely to be available to take delivery of a parcel, please provide an alternative delivery address with your order. After a number of attempted deliveries, Royal Mail will return all consignments to us and we will not be able to offer a refund in these circumstances. An additional shipping charge will be applicable.

If you need to alter your delivery details at any time, please don`t hesitate to contact us and we will do what we can to accommodate any requests.
